"Night At Your Museum" History Camp
Are YOU ready?
Ready to help the Watertown Regional Library bring the Codington County Heritage Museum to life this summer?
If you have completed the 4th-7th grade, ready to learn about local history and willing to share what you learn, and you are available in the afternoons June 27-June 30 and July 1 from 1:00-8:00, we need you! No experience or special talents necessary! Space is limited to 20 young people.
Ann Birney and Joyce Thierer of Ride into History have twenty-five years of historical performance experience, twenty years of workshop experience, history degrees, passion, historians’ toolkits for every participant, and the costumes—oh, yes, and they have horses, but the horses will be home in Kansas.
THIS CAMP IS FREE and is brought to our community by the Watertown Regional Library, the Codington County Heritage Museum, the Boys & Girls Club, the Watertown Community Foundation, and some really fine volunteers. For information, contact Mike at 605-882-6220.
