adult summer reading program information
Water Your Mind – READ! is this year's theme for the Adult Summer Reading Program. Read or listen to fiction and nonfiction books, attend library events, and have some fun; maybe even win a prize!
Program Basics
The program runs June 1 - July 31, 2010 and is open to readers age 18 or older. Register throughout the month of June. Participants must have an active Watertown Regional Library card.
• Reading
Read or listen to any books in any language or format including our new downloadable titles.
• Events
Attend entertaining free events. See the list of Adult Summer Reading Events below on this page.
• Prizes
Win prizes by correctly answering the weekly “Name That Book” clue. Prizes will be drawn at the end of the program. “Name That Book” clues will be released Monday, June 7 through Monday, July 19, 2010. The following prizes will be available:
o Book bag
o Coffee mug
o Mp3 player
o First to read a new book of your choosing
• Evaluation
Fill out a short evaluation form to complete the program and receive a prize for participating. Evaluations must be completed by July 31, 2010.
