VIDEO POLICY

To borrow video cassette tapes a person must have a valid Watertown Regional Library borrower's card and be 18 years or older. A patron under 18 will be allowed to borrow video cassettes if they have a parent or guardian's valid borrower's card.

All policies or parts of polices in conflict herewith are hereby expressly rescinded.
