ELIGIBILITY FOR LIBRARY SERVICES

Loaning privileges shall be available to all persons without paying a fee:

1) who are legally resident of Codington County;

2) who are legal owners of real property in Codington;

3) who are students attending a school within Watertown;

4) who do not owe fines or fees equal to or in excess of $25.00 to other libraries..

All policies or parts of policies in conflict herewith are hereby expressly rescinded.
